Since joining TVS in 2006 Laura has developed diverse project experience in the Design for Learning Studio, international and convention center studios. Laura’s experience includes higher education, performing arts, office buildings, convention centers, mixed use developments, and master plans both, domestic and international, in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. To these projects she has added a unique dimension to managing processes and design methods and has given focus to environmentally sensitive solutions. Laura’s background in both architecture and interior architecture lends a unique perspective to her design teams. She excels at seeing both the big picture and the minute details of a project that create engaging and cohesive spaces, and she balances form and function to create meaningful design. Her projects positively impact a place by being socially, aesthetically, environmentally and emotionally responsive. As a managing director at TVS, Laura serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and leads the firm's Talent Experience Team, which includes overseeing recruitment and hiring, onboarding, talent development and training, talent reviews and advancement, and supporting organizational structures that help to support and grow talent across their full lifecycle at the firm.
