Jeanie Lim
Principal

Since joining the firm in 2002, Jeanie has been the lead designer on some of TVS’s most prestigious projects, including the iconic Music City Center in Nashville – winner of a ULI award for excellence in 2014. Jeanie’s design breadth spans across the spectrum of building types and locales, from educational facilities in China to densely woven hi-rise mixed use developments in Toronto and Nanjing to multi-million square foot convention and exhibition venues such as the new Las Vegas Convention Center. In all the projects under her direction, Jeanie consistently demonstrates an ability to rapidly merge lyrical aesthetic concepts with a thoughtful response to program, budget and constructability.
Upon her promotion to Principal in 2018, Jeanie has also served as one of the heads of the TVS’s design quality assurance program. In that role she applies her thoughtful design insights and diverse project type experience toward the critical review and mentoring of the designs underway firmwide.
