Foster Lynn
Vice President of Corporate Quality

Foster joined TVS in 1981. As he worked in positions of increasing responsibility on a wide variety of projects, he developed an understanding of the role of leadership and project/team performance within the different organizational structures and delivery methods presented by Owners. In 1996, Foster became the Project Quality Principal of Technology at TVS - responsible for serving as the trustee for guiding overall technical quality standards for TVS projects and for serving as the technical critic for the Design Review/Construction Document Review process. Since 1996, Foster has served as a member of virtually every project team in an oversight/review capacity – bringing firm-wide perspective to specific project circumstances.
Foster continues to be a primary factor in promoting the professional development of TVS employees with the ongoing aspiration of ‘raising the bar’ in connection with our designs, sound business practices, technical performance of our buildings and client satisfaction.
