Elias Darham
Senior Associate
Elias Darham is an experienced project manager and design professional specializing in hospitality, office, mixed-use, and multi-family residential projects. Elias’s approach is a technological synthesis – design, capital, culture, and coordination, driven to deliver bold solutions with an intuitive architecture mindful of site, scale, and context. Elias’s strategic thinking sharpens his ability to build consensus around a comprehensive vision, concisely communicating with clients, consultants and his fellow team members. Elias is a passionate technologist, actively engaged in the implementation and exploration of design technologies within the rigorous context of practice. In tandem with his studies at RPI, Elias served as a member of the schematic design team for the Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi's unfinished basilica in Barcelona, Spain. Elias was the recipient of the Henry A. Adams Medal and the Norman Waxman Memorial Award, for selfless giving to Rensselaer.
