TVS was brought on to envision a master plan development for a mixed-use innovation center located adjacent to the UC Davis campus at "Aggie Square". By 2030, UD Davis plans to almost double the campus size to invest in their growing population on campus and the surrounding community. Program included science, technology and engineering buildings, a office/lifelong learning building, a community-serving building, and most importantly, a large dynamic and flexible urban gathering and events space.
