The objective was to design and develop a thriving mixed-use development of commercial, leisure and hospitality including complementing amenities of green / open spaces, recreation and retail facilities creating a life style that will improve the quality of living and add value, setting new standards of design and development practice in the region. The proposed development consists of one plot measuring 29,000 sm. The design will reflect the unique character of the development. This will be achieved through an architectural and landscape design language that makes abstract references to movement and the automobile, while creating a healthy and holistic life style environment that will enhance the community and attract the desired businesses and visitors.
