The city’s High Performance Computing Center, perhaps to be operated by Hewlett-Packard, is the brain, which is centrally located along the spine. The plan has been developed with an awareness of the burgeoning film industry being developed just to the east, and of the potential commercial and creative interaction between the technology and film fields. The city will be a physically and visually unified community, but one composed of multiple distinct neighborhoods and villages.
