LPL Financial’s Carolinas Headquarters is a 450,000 sf campus of two six-story office buildings set on 27 acres adjacent to a nature preserve. The campus combines a high-performance workplace with a client experience center, conference center, cafeteria and coffee bar, fitness center, wellness clinic, putting green, outdoor meeting spaces, and pedestrian trails.
TVS provided full-service architecture and interior design, giving the team the opportunity to shape the workplace from the building envelope through the individual work setting. Narrow 25,000 sf floor plates, outboard service and elevator cores, extensive glazing, and views to the surrounding landscape support a flexible workplace with a variety of settings for focused work, collaboration, meetings, and informal interaction. Active stairways and shared amenities encourage movement and connection throughout the day.
