Approximately 16,000 sm of long-term exhibit, or merchandise mart space occurs on the upper levels along with a four level commercial restaurant venue facing the future hotel development to the west. The centerpiece of the Internet of Things development is an iconic 16,000 sm two-level conference center featuring meeting rooms, VIP reception, Grand Ballroom and a 600 seat lecture auditorium. Both venues are united by a 6,500 sm plaza that can accommodate a variety of outdoor exhibition events.   Complimenting the public uses of the exhibition and conference venues are seven office and research buildings totaling 70,000 sm of above grade construction. These buildings are designed with garden courtyards and habitable green roofs that are intended to create to unified campus R&D campus environment.
