Three glimmering jellyfish welcome customers into the aquarium’s primary retail space. A floor-to ceiling aquarium features fish around an organic glass sculpture. Four large tendrils of green kelp climb one wall and twists overhead creating a unique passageway. On the floor, several shades of sparkling terrazzo resemble a Technicolor ocean bottom, littered with gems and rocks. Behind the custom cash wrap, a stylized coral wall features cracks, crevasses and cutouts that give the illusion of an underwater reef emphasized with theatrical lighting. Freestanding sculptural fixtures resemble different creatures that may be found in this underwater paradise and are attractive as the products they display.
