Confidential Wellness Village is an exclusive, restive environment offering access to advanced expertise in mental and physical health. This lifestyle development is designed to combine a residential lifestyle of healthy living with a hospitality focused wellness facility. Using the tenets of Fung-shui, a design philosophy focused on well-being, the master plan incorporates landscape, water, and natural building materials intertwined together to create an atmosphere of wellness and immersion. Physical and mental immersion is a strong metaphor that summarizes our design approach. The intent of the master plan is to create a secluded, private environment that gives visitors and residents an environment of quiet and healing and a protected sense of well-being. The organization and directionality of the buildings, landscape, and site elements buffer the inner site from the surrounding neighborhood and busy roadways while taking advantage of waterfront views. The intent of the architecture is to create an atmosphere of health and wellness. As the center of the site is lowered to create the pool and waterway, the perimeter is raised. This creates a natural landscaped barrier between the new development and the surrounding neighborhood that also serves as a linear park.
