The stakeholders desired a flexible exposition hall (up to 120,000 sf) including back of house spaces that will accommodate a wide variety of events, spaces to support events (food service, changing rooms, toilets, staging, storage, etc.), usable outdoor civic space, office space and connection to the Resch Center to expand its functionality. The proposed complex is on the site of the current Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Arena and Shopko Hall.
