Developed under the City’s Comprehensive Plan, this transit-oriented development will create a true live-work environment with first-class office, retail, entertainment, hotels, and high-end restaurants. Located just 1,500 ft from Dunwoody MARTA Station, this 15-acre parcel will enrich its surrounding City Center with an interlaced series of offices, retail and restaurants, complemented with new residential density. A percentage of the residential component will be well-suited for the current residents looking to “age in place” within the City. These individuals are downsizing to smaller, less-maintenance residences, while still remaining in the community and their respective social networks. The remaining percentage of the residential units will aim to accommodate those who work in the surrounding area by providing them with a closer and more convenient residential location.
