We would like to send a very special congratulations to Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, in Chicago, for obtaining LEED Gold certification!

Our continuing collaborative relationship with McCormick Place and Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority (MPEA) lead to the completion of a $110 million, three-part project to expand and renovate the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. The project includes a new guest room tower, as well as renovations to the existing guest rooms, health club, conference rooms, service areas and public spaces.

tvsdesign created interior and exterior designs for the new 460-room tower and led renovations of the existing 800-room tower, including new furniture and finishes. The firm has worked with the MPEA team over two decades to interpret the long-term vision for the campus, including the design and construction process on the current hotel expansion and the design of Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in 1998.
