Marking a major milestone for Washington, DC, tvsdesign, along with Executive Chairman,  J.W. Marriott, Jr., of Marriott International, and Mayor Vincent C. Gray, District of Columbia, celebrated the topping off of the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC hotel, signifying that the 15-story hotel has reached its final construction height.

The Marriott Marquis Washington, DC will introduce new ,exciting venues for residents, as well as business travlers.  The hotel is also  conveniently located next door to the Washington DC Convention Center (also designed by tvsdesign), and connected by an underground concourse

The $520 million, four-star hotel, will be one of only five Marriott Marquis properties in the country. The innovative design turns this hotel into a social experience with a grand lobby and five separate retail and restaurant spaces.
