Several divisions, which were previously dispersed across separate facilities, will be working under the same roof for the first time. With this consolidation in mind, creating a headquarters that fosters a one-company culture and promotes company values like open communication, employee well-being and collective creativity informed many of the design choices.

“Sealed Air wanted an environment that could give employees working together from different backgrounds and company departments the chance to create cultural synergy,” said David Brown, tvsdesign Principal. “It’s a highly amenitized corporate campus complete with a fitness center, cafeteria and social spaces that creates moments for organic interaction among staff.”

Repurposing and Preserving the Landscape

Every detail selected, from the landscaping to the rusted corten steel retaining walls, gives the campus a natural look and feel. The buildings nestle into the topograpghy of the land enhancing the organic relationship between the architecture and site. Wild grasses and wild flowers planted among the preserved tree canopy suggest a seasoned campus in contrast with the manicured lawns common to other new developments of this kind.
