tvsdesign Principal and Workplace expert, Marc Adelman, was presented with the President’s Award from the National Floor and Safety Institute (NFSI). The NFSI President’s Award is a yearly recognition, presented to an individual that epitomizes the spirit and mission of the NFSI to aid in the prevention of slips, trips and falls through education, research and standards development.

Marc, a NFSI Board member, strives to bring awareness to the organization’s standards of prevention by hosting training sessions across the country with tvsdesign, as well as National organizations, such as the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). Marc also works with his clients to incorporate test methods into specifications, as there is no current uniform test method for slip, trip and fall liabilities.
